We are excited to announce that we have transitioned to our new Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, AdvancedMD.

As of June 10th, all telehealth video appointments will be conducted via Zoom.

You will receive a reminder via email and text message one day prior to your appointment that contains a link to initiate your telehealth visit.
